The term “Grand Cru” already states that this is the ultimate expression of Chablis. Big, bold, and full of elegance. Aromas of quince, lime zest, and white flowers are united with hazelnut, vanilla, brioche, and wet stones. Extremely complex and refined both on the nose and the palate. High acidity is balanced out with a rounded, mineral texture and slight bitterness from the oak, thus leaving a lengthy and precise aftertaste.
Serving Temperature: Serve Chablis Grand Cru Benjamin Laroche chilled, ideally between 45–50°F (7–10°C), to showcase its crispness and freshness.
No Decanting: This wine is best enjoyed fresh, so decanting is not necessary.
